镉胁迫对烤烟农艺性状及生理生化指标的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Cadmium Stress on Agronomic Traits and Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Flue-Cured Tobacco

摘要 为明确重金属镉(Cd)胁迫对烤烟农艺性状和生理生化指标的影响,以吉烟9号为供试品种,采用盆栽方法,模拟土壤不同浓度Cd胁迫对烤烟农艺性状及生理生化指标的影响。试验结果表明,Cd胁迫下,烤烟叶长、叶宽、株高、茎围在Cd>3mg/kg时随Cd浓度增加而下降(Cd20处理叶宽除外)。CAT、SOD活性随Cd浓度增加先升后降;Pro含量变化趋势则相反;POD活性和MDA含量持续升高,而Chl含量则持续下降。总氮、蛋白质、总糖、还原糖含量均随Cd浓度的升高呈先升后降再升的趋势;烟碱含量随Cd浓度升高逐渐降低。 In order to clarify the effects of heavy metal (Cd) stress on agronomic traits and physiological and biochemical indexes of flue-cured tobacco, the agronomic traits and physiological and biochemical indexes were determined under different concentration Cd stress for cultivated species Jiyan 9 of flue-cured tobacco using potting method in the experiment. The results showed that, leaf length, leaf width, plant height and stem circumference decreased when Cd〉 3mg/kg (except the leaf width of Cd20 treatment). The activity of catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) increased first and then decreased with the increase of Cd concentration, which was opposite to the content of proline (Pro). The activity of peroxidase (POD) and content of Malondialdehyde (MDA) increased while the content of chlorophyll (Chl) decreased continuously, the content of total nitrogen, protein, total sugar and reducing sugar increased first and then decreased but then increased again with the increase of Cd concentration. The content of nicotine decreased with the increase of Cd concentration.
