焊缝热影响区疲劳分析方法下的副车架结构改进设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对某乘用车副车架在前期台架试验中出现的焊缝开裂问题,运用基于热影响区的焊缝疲劳寿命分析方法进行疲劳失效再现和改进设计,改进后的副车架通过台架试验。实践证明,基于热影响区的焊缝疲劳寿命预测技术能够有效降低开发过程中的盲目性,减少试验数量,缩短开发周期。 Aiming at cradle weld bead crack issue occurred in the early rig test of the passen- ger vehicle, using the weld bead fatigue life prediction technique to reappear the weld bead crack and help to improve the design, so that the optimized cradle can pass the rig test. Practices have proved that the fatigue life prediction method of weld bead can give the correct direction for structure improve- ment, effectively reduce the quantities of physical tests and shorten the development time.
