摘要
建立板料在包边过程中力学分析模型,分析得到预包边阶段板料所受的转矩作用是导致模压包边尺寸变动的主要原因。对铝合金曲面曲边模压包边的研究表明,翻边板料尺寸、包边件面及边凹凸性及曲率共同影响包边件的尺寸变动。
Through mechanics analysis for blank in hemming process, it is found that torque on blank in pre - hemming process is the main cause of roll - in/out. The research on curved surface curved edge hemming of aluminum alloys shows that flanging blank size, convexity and curvature have a combined effect on roll- in/out.
