摘要
以跨距为50 m的高速铁路弹性链形悬挂接触网和时速350 km运行状态下的DSA380受电弓为研究对象,基于Ansys建立弓网动态仿真模型,利用正交试验法确定接触网参数多因素多水平交互作用组合,比较不同接触网参数组合下的弓网动态性能指标,对接触网参数敏感性进行排序,得到最优接触网参数组合。仿真结果表明采用正交试验法进行弓网动态性能优化是可行的。
With 50 m span of elastic longitudinal suspension of OCS for high speed railway and with pantograph running under speed of 350 km/h as the object of research, pantograph-catenary dynamic simulation model is established on the basis of Ansys, with consideration of multiple factors, the level of catenary parameter combination parameters is determined by orthogonal test. The priority of sensitivity of catenary parameters is given and optimized combination of catenary parameters is obtained by comparing different catenary parameters combination of pantograph-catenary dynamic performance index, the results show that the orthogonal test method for dynamic performance optimization ofpantograph-catenary is feasible.
