Construction and Application of Continuous Operational Reference System in Xinjiang

阐述了新疆连续运行卫星定位服务系统的建设内容、特点及应用,包括建立覆盖全新疆维吾尔自治区的连续运行参考站网;建立各参考站到数据处理与控制中心的通信网络及数据处理与控制中心对外分发定位数据的通信网络;建立新疆维吾尔自治区GNSS(global navigation satellite system)连续运行参考站网管理平台和数据库平台,管理各参考站的运行,并实现数据入库和分流;建立网络RTK(real-time kinematic)服务平台,提供实时定位服务;建立用户管理中心,为各行各业用户提供注册、咨询、技术帮助等服务。

This paper points out the construction,characteristics and its application of continuous operating reference station（CORS）.These include the establishment of CORS network covering the whole of Xinjiang,the communication network between the reference station and the center of processing and controlling,the communication network of broadcasting correction information;the establishment of management and database platform,which is used for controlling the reference station and broadcasting the data stream;the establishment of network CORS service platform,which is used for providing real-time positioning service for whole Xinjiang;the establishment of user management center,which is used for providing the services such as registration,consultation and technical assistance to all walks.
