湿法研磨制备塞来昔布纳米混悬液的工艺研究

摘要 目的优选湿法研磨制备塞来昔布纳米混悬液配方,并优选最佳工艺。方法采用单因素实验设计方法,以粒径得分为指标,筛选湿法研磨制备塞来昔布纳米混悬液的配方及最佳工艺条件。结果研磨配方中以十二烷基硫酸钠和羟丙甲基纤维素E5为稳定剂效果最好,研磨最佳工艺参数为浓度10%,转速3600r·min-1,时长2h。结论采用最佳工艺制备的塞来昔布纳米混悬液粒径重现性好,常温下放置7d仍较稳定。 OBJECTIVE To optimize the formulation of celecoxib nano-suspension and the process by wet mill- ing. METHODS The single factor experiment design method was used to optimize the formula of celecoxib nano- suspension and the technological conditions of wet milling. RESULTS It is best to use sodium lauryl sulfate and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose E5 as stabilizer in milling formula. The optimized preparation conditions were as fol- lows: the concentration of celecoxib was 10%, rotating speed was 3600r ·min-1, milling time was 2 hours. CONCLUSION The particle size of celecoxib nano-suspension prepared by the best process was reproduci- ble and remained stable at room temperature for 7 days.
