摘要
扭转振动是船舶柴油发电机组固有特性,在机组设计工作中,需分析轴系固有自振频率、各轴段扭振应力、发电机轴电位角和联轴器变动扭矩等,对比计算结果与各自的许用限值,确保轴系运转安全可靠。以典型机组为例,分析机组轴系各部位参数变化对轴系扭转振动的影响,为轴系改进设计提供方向性指导。
Torsional vibration is the inherent characteristic of marine diesel generator set. It is necessary to analyze the inherent frequency of the shafting, the torsional vibration stress of every segment of the shafting, the torsional angle of the generator, the alternant torsion of the coupling etc. during the design of diesel generator set. The calculating results are compared with the limit values respectively to insure the security and reliability of the shafting system. Taking one representative set for example, the influence of changing the parameters on the torsional vibration of some shafting segments is analyzed, which can support some guidance to improve the shafting design.
