风电轴承“跑圈”

On Wind Power Bearing Slipping

摘要 近年来,可再生能源成为全球热点,在国家大力扶持下,我国风电产业发展迅速,随着风机运行时间增加,暴露出来的问题也越来越多。以风机轴承常见的跑圈故障为例,从设计、选型、使用三个层面阐述了故障发生的原因及相应的应对方法。最后从综合角度出发建议了几点改善方案,为最大程度上避免类似故障发生提供了思路。 Renewable energy has become a global hot topic in recent years. China's wind power industry has developed rapidly with strong support of the government. As the runtime of wind turbine generator has been increasing, more and more problems have been exposed. Taking the problem of turbine generator bearing slipping as an example, the causes and solutions of the failure is analyzed from the aspects of design, selection and application. Finally, several improvement schemes are proposed from the comprehensive point of view, which provides a way to avoid similar problems to the greatest extent.
