摘要
传统的气隙放电等效电路模型不能准确模拟放电发展特征,为此,在仿真研究等效电路模型中不同参数及元件对放电波形影响的基础上,提出了一种改进的等效电路模型。该模型引入1个受控电流源表示空间电荷对放电的重要影响,并通过2个受控开关分别控制正负半周时的放电时间,2个电压源分别代表正负半周放电过后的残余电压。此外,还将检测回路中的保护电阻等元件引入改进电路模型中,使之更接近真实局部放电环境。Simulink的仿真结果表明:改进电路模型仿真波形不同于传统等效电路模型模拟的锯齿波,可以更真实地模拟气隙放电波形,为深入分析和理解局部放电的发展特性提供了参考。
This paper proposes a theoretical analysis and simulation study on the classical equivalent circuits for cavity discharges and the function of components in the circuits using Simulink software.A novel equivalent circuit is proposed and the key parameters related are determined according to the physical behavior of cavity discharges.Simulation result shows a better approximation of simulated signal with real signal by this novel model.This work provides a reference for a further study on the characteristics and mechanisms of cavity discharge in oil paper insulation..
