通过调查南京市的滴滴专车、神州专车、优步专车和易到专车等四大专车的安全驾驶、价格、服务质量、接单时长、行驶时长等5种综合性能情况,建立了综合性能评价模型,结果表明神州专车性能最佳。安全驾驶是人们最关心的问题,是解决影响专车服务的关键因素。

By surveying the five comprehensive performances of the four ride-hailing companies at Nanjing city,the comprehensive performance evaluation mode is established.There are safe-driving,price,service quality,receiving-time and travelling-time in the comprehensive performance.Didi,Shenzhou,Uber and Yidao riding-hailing company are considered.The conclusions are obtained.Shenzhou riding-hailing is the most popular in these companies.Safe-driving is the the most concerned problem.And the problem of affecting the service of tailored taxis are solved.
