芒果苷对自发性高血压大鼠血液流变学的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察芒果苷对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血液流变学的影响,探讨其保护靶器官的机理是否与改善血液流变学有关。方法:各组大鼠按照设定的剂量灌胃给药2个月,颈动脉插管采血,采用血流变快测仪对血液流变学各指标进行检测。结果:与正常组相比,模型组的全血(高、中、低切)黏度、全血(高、中、低切)还原黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指数均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与模型组相比,芒果苷给药组的全血(高、中、低切)黏度、红细胞聚集指数有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),但其全血(高、中、低切)还原黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞变形指数、纤维蛋白原、血沉比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芒果苷保护自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)靶器官的作用机理可能与改善全血黏度及红细胞聚集指数有关。 Objective:By observing effects of mangiferin on Hemorheology in spontaneously hypertensive rats, explore whether the mechanism of target organ protection is related to the improvement of Hemorheology. Methods : all rats in each group were given in tragastric administration for 2 months according to the prescribed dose. Blood samples were collected from carotid artery and blood rheology was used to detect the indexes of hemorheology. Results:compared with normal group, model group of whole blood (high, middle and low shear viscosity, whole blood) (high, middle and low shear) reduced viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, erythro- cyte aggregation index had significant difference (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Compared with the model group, the blood of mangiferin drug group (high, middle and low shear viscosity), erythrocyte aggregation index had significant difference (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01), but the whole blood (high, middle and low shear) reduced viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte deformation index, no statistical significance of fibrinogen, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The protective mechanism of Mangiferin on target organs in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) may be related to the improvement of whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index.
