Simultaneous Determination of Three Constituents in Tongxuan Lifei Granules by HPLC

建立HPLC法同时测定通宣理肺颗粒中甘草苷、橙皮苷、迷迭香酸3种成分的含量。方法:采用Thermo Syncronis C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;乙腈-0.01%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;柱温27℃;检测波长278nm;流速0.8mL·min^(-1)。结果:甘草苷、橙皮苷、迷迭香酸进样量分别在0.034~0.681μg(r=0.999 9)、0.256~5.115μg(r=0.999 8)、0.022~0.443μg(r=0.999 8)范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率分别为98.8%、99.3%、99.1%,RSD分别为1.01%、0.63%、1.33%。结论:该方法简便、准确、稳定,可为通宣理肺颗粒的质量控制提供参考。

Objective： To establish a method for simultaneously determining three constituents in Tongxuan lifei Granules by HPLC, including liquiritin, hesperidin, rosmarinic acid. Methods：The analysis was carried out on Thermo Syncronis C18 （250mm × 4. 6 mm, 5μm） column. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.01 % phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution . The column temperature was 27℃, the detection wavelengths were 278nm and the flow rate was 0. 8mL · min^-1. Results： The experiments showed good linearities in the rangs of 0. 034-0.681μg（r=0. 999 9） for liquiritin,0. 256%5. 115μg（r=0. 999 8） for hesperidin,0. 022 -0. 443μg（r=0. 999 8） for rosmarinic acid. The average recoveries were 98.8 M, 99.3 %, 99.1 %, respectively. The RSD were 1. 01 % ,0.63% ,1. 33%. Conclusion： This is an simple, accurately and reliably method, which is suitable for the quality control of Tongxuan lifei Granules.
