From the requirements of qualified personnel at information age and the trend of educational reform and development, this paper proves the necessity and urgency of creative personnel training by applying modern educational technology, and gives some feasible advices on making modern educational technology applied and disseminated in higher teachers universities in a sturdy and valid way.
