Professor Li Mingquan's Experience of Classical Prescriptions in Treating Trigeminal Neuralgia

三叉神经痛为难治性且易反复发作的疾病,中医与西医的治疗各具特色。对于应用西药治疗乏效而又拒绝外科手术治疗的患者,往往采用中医药(经方)治疗,疼痛症状会得到有效缓解。黎明全教授依据方证相应理论,应用黄煌教授"方-病-人"的体质辨识方法,使用半夏类方治疗本病,取得了较好效果。

Trigeminal neuralgia is refractory and easy recurrent disease, the ？ treatment of both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has its own characteristics.
