加速康复外科指导下腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期中医综合疗法应用研究

Applied research of TCM comprehensive therapy on the laparoscopic cholecystectomy of perioperative in the guidance of enhanced recovery after surgery

目的:观察在加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)理念指导下腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)围手术期采用中医综合疗法对术后胃肠功能的影响。方法:将60例LC的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。两组均采用围手术期加速康复措施的常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用中医综合疗法,观察两组术后肠鸣音的恢复时间、肛门排气及排便时间、术后住院天数及胃肠道反应。结果:治疗组与对照组相比,其肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气及排便时间、术后住院天数、胃肠道反应方面均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在ERAS理念指导下围手术期采用中医综合疗法能促进LC术后胃肠功能的恢复,并减少胃肠道反应。

Objective ： To investigate the influence of TCM comprehensive therapy on the gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the guidance of enhanced recovery after surgery. Methods ： Sixty LC patients were randomly divided into con trol group and treatment group, 30 cases. Both groups were given conventional treatment of perioperative accelerated rehabilitation, treatment group was based on the use of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy, observed postoperative recovery time of bowel sounds, flatus and defecation, postoperative hospital stay and gastrointestinal reactions. Results： The recovery time of bowel sounds, flatus and defecation, postoperative hospital stay, gastrointestinal responses of treatment group were significantly different compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Using TCM comprehensive therapy under the guidance of the concept of ERAS during the perioperative can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after LC and reduce gastrointestinal reactions.
