眼针结合会厌逐瘀汤治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍临床观察

Clinical observation of eye acupuncture combined with Zhuyu Zhuyu Decoction in treating dysphagia after stroke

目的:观察彭氏眼针结合会厌逐瘀汤治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取50名中风后吞咽困难的患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采取彭氏眼针结合会厌逐瘀汤治疗,对照组采取传统针刺结合会厌逐瘀汤治疗。通过洼田饮水试验评分量表评价症状改变情况,比较两组的疗效。结果:两组患者分别治疗后,按照洼田饮水试验评分,两组患者吞咽困难均有改善(均P<0.05),且治疗组的改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的总效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:彭氏眼针结合会厌逐瘀汤能提高脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的临床疗效。

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of Penges eye acupuncture combined with Huiyanzhuyutang to cure dysphagia after stroke. Methods ： 50 patients with Dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated by Peng＇s eye acupuncture combined with Huiyanzhuyutang, while the control group was treated by traditional acupuncture with Huiyanzhuyutang. Then we compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups through the changes in rating scales of water swallowing test. Results ： The scores of water swallowing test for both groups were significantly improved after treatment （both P〈0.05）. The result of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0. 05）, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher as well （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of Peng＇s eye ac upuncture combined with Huiyanzhuyutang could improve the clinical efficacy of curing dysphagia after stroke.
