军校学员荣誉观培育刍议

On honor concept cultivation of cadets

为了及时修正军校学员中出现的荣誉热情减退和荣誉奖励激励效果下降等问题,提出首先要研究和把握学员荣誉观形成的客观规律;其次,要从加强学员荣誉感主观认同上下功夫,打牢崇尚荣誉的内部基础;最后,要建立荣誉制度、制作并佩戴荣誉标识和营造充满正能量的外部环境,以形成积极的外部激励。

With the decline of honor enthusiasm and the incentive effect of honor reward among cadets, it is urgent to solve the problem. First, it is necessary to study and understand the objective law about formation of view of honor. Secondly, it is important for cadets to cultivate subjective identity of the sense of honor and advocate honor. Finally, we should establish an honor system, design and wear honor logo so that a positive external environment is created and a positive external incentive is established.
