摘要
从组织公平角度出发,采用《组织公平量表》《组织支持感量表》《工作满意度量表》和《总体情感指数量表》等测量工具对255名青年军官进行调查,并进行了相关和回归统计分析。结果表明:组织公平及其各维度对青年军官组织支持感与工作幸福感均有显著的正向影响;组织支持感对工作幸福感有显著的正向影响;组织支持感在组织公平与工作幸福感之间起部分中介作用。
In this study, 255 young officers were surveyed by means of "Organizational Equity Scale", "Organization Support Scale", "Job Satisfaction Scale" and "Overall Emotional Index Scale" from the perspective of organizational justice. The results show that organizational justice and its dimensions have a significant positive effect on the job well-being of young military officers; Organizational justice has a significant positive effect on perceived organizational support; Perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on job well-being; Perceived organizational support plays a partial mediating role between organizational justice and job well-being.
