摘要
在军民融合背景下,装备价格管理存在制度不完善、手段单一、人才队伍力量和素质不够等问题。针对这些问题,从四个方面给出了对策建议,即完善装备价格管理的法规制度,统筹装备全寿命价格管理;探索多种形式的装备价格管理模式,充分发挥经济手段的作用;充实装备价格管理的人才队伍,加强人才的培养与考核;夯实基础信息的收集工作,构建装备价格信息管理平台。
In the context of Civil-military integration, there are some problems in equipment price management, such as imperfect system, lack of relevant measures, insufficient talents, and so on. Countermeasures are presented from 4 aspects: improving laws and regulations in equipment price management and planning equipment life cycle price management as a whole, exploring various equipment price management patterns and giving full play to the economic measure, strengthenihg equipment price management and improving training and examination, focusing on collecting basic informa- tion and constructing information management platform.
