芪苓胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Infertility Women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Treated with Qiling Capsule (芪苓胶囊) Combined with Clomiphene Citrate

目的:观察芪苓胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:将符合纳入标准的46例患者分为2组,每组23例,观察组选用芪苓胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗,对照组选用克罗米芬治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后血脂及性激素水平、FPG、2 hPG、FINS、2 hINS、HOMA-IR、周期排卵率及妊娠率,并进行中医证候评分。结果:治疗后观察组血清性激素水平、2 hPG、2 hINS、HOMA-IR、妊娠率等指标改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪苓胶囊可通过调整性激素水平,降低中医证候评分,改善胰岛素抵抗,从而使患者成功妊娠,提高妊娠率。

Objective ： To observe the curative effect of polycystic ovarian syndrome, treated with Qiling Capsule combined with clomiphene citrate（CC） and explore the machanism. Methods： 46 interility patients with P- COS were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with Qiling Capsule and CC, the control group was treated with CC only. The changes of serum follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, estradiol, testosterone, progesterone, blood lipid（total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein choles- terol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, apolipoprotein- A1, apolipoprotein- B）, fasting plasma glucose, 2 hour postprandial glucose, fasting insulin, 2 hour postprandial insulin, homeostasis model assessment, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were determined and recorded. Results： Aftei treatment, the improvement of serum sex hormone indicas, 2 hour postprandial glucose, 2 hour postprandial insulin, pregnancy rate, homeostasis model assessment of the observation group were all superior to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Qiling Capsule is effective in adjusting sex hormone of infertility women with PCOS, improve insulin resistance, getting a better pregnancy rate.
