老年人慢性便秘相关因素的研究进展

Research progress of influencing factors of chronic constipation in elderly people

慢性便秘是一种常见的消化道疾病,以排便次数减少、粪便量减少、粪便干结、排便费力为主要表现.慢性便秘发病率高并且呈现逐年上升趋势,老年人是慢性便秘的高发人群.慢性便秘不仅能引起痔、裂等肛门部疾病,还能诱发和加剧各种心脑血管疾病,严重的甚至诱发结肠癌,严重影响老年人的生活质量,并且其产生的医疗费用不菲,加重了患者和社会的经济负担.本文通过对近年来相关文献的梳理、分析、总结,对老年人慢性便秘的流行病学、相关因素研究进展等方面作一综述.

Chronic constipation was a common gastrointestinal disease, which was characterized by decreased defecation,decreased amount of feces, dry feces and exertion in defecation. The incidence of chronic constipation was high with a tendency of increasing by year. The elderly people were high risk population of chronic constipation. Chronic constipation not only resulted in anal diseases including hemorrhoid and anal fissure, but also induced or exacerbates cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, even could induce colon cancer which affected the life of quality of old people. It also caused high health care costs and increased the economic burden of patients and society. The study reviewed the epidemiology and influencing factors of elderly people chronic constipation through the collection, analysis and conclusion of recent references.
