血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂类药物对脑神经血管保护机制的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(angiotensinⅡreceptor antagonist,ARB)类药物除能降低血压外,还能降低卒中的发生率,减少脑缺血损伤,保护认知功能[1-2]。临床常用的ARB类药物有氯沙坦、缬沙坦、坎地沙坦、替米沙坦、厄贝沙坦等,该类药物的神经血管保护作用及其机制对防治脑血管疾病具有重要意义,笔者对其神经血管保护机制及临床研究最新进展作一综述。
