To Strengthen the Law Enforcement of Forestry Industry and Protect Forest and Wild Animals Resources

随着工业化进程的推进,导致资源使用越来越频繁的同时,不仅导致资源渐渐出现了匮乏的情况,而且有的工业化是以生态环境为代价的,特别是森林资源的过渡性开发,造成生态环境遭到了严重的破坏,生态平衡被打破,尤其是在发展的过程中,相关的法律法规还不完善,存在的漏洞过多,进而导致森林中的一些野生动物也遭到了严重而威胁,甚至有的物种已经频临灭绝。所以,执法部门加强对森林资源和野生动物的保护势在必行。因此,就从森林资源的现实性状况和森林的重要性方面入手,探讨强化林业行政执法的有效措施,进而为森林资源和野生动物生存创造一个有利的环境。

With the promotion of industrialization process and frequently usage of resources, resources have been lacked, and some industrializations are at the expense of ecological environment, especially the over exploration of forestry resources has leaded to severity environmental disruption. In the development process, the relevant laws an regulations are not complete and there are too many existing vulnerabilities,animals are suffering serious threat, and some species are near extinction. Therefore, it is really necessary for the administrative and law enforcement department to enhance the protection of forestry resources and wild animals. In terms of the real situation of forestry resources and the significance of forest, this paper will explore effective approaches to enhance the enforcement, and then create a good environment for forestry resources and wild animals.
