摘要
绩效问题是每一家公司的管理阶层都关心的,它关系着公司以及各员工之间的直接利益,完善的绩效激励体制对于企业的经营管理水平以及企业的经营效益有着显著性的作用。博弈论近年在管理实践中被广泛应用。通过博弈论的方法分析了不同的激励措施会对员工产生激励影响,从而帮助企业进行更加有效、科学的绩效评估以及建立完善的激励体系。
Performance issues are of great concern to every company’s manager, whichis related to directly benefits of the company and the employees.It has a significant effect on business management and business efficiency.Game theory has been widely used in management practice in recent years.This paper uses the game theory to analyze the effects of different incentives on the employees, so as to help the enterprises to achieve more effective and scientific performance evaluation and incentive system.
