按摩治疗中风后遗症手功能障碍30例小结

Post-Stroke Hand Dysfunction Treated with Massage Therapy： Retrospective Study of 30 Cases

目的 研究中医按摩对中风后遗症手功能障碍患者的治疗作用.方法 选取2012—2014年营口市中医医院收治的住院中风后遗症手功能障碍患者30例,采取中医按摩及简易器械锻炼,重建手功能.结果 经按摩治疗后,良12例、差10例、无效8例.结论 中风后遗症患者开展中医康复护理措施后,患者日常活动能力提高,生活质量得到改善.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese massage on patients with hand dysfunction after stroke. Methods Thirty patients with post-stroke hand dysfunction from 2012 to 2014 in Yingkou Hospital of Chinese Medicine were enrolled in the study. They were treated with Chinese massage and some simple exercise. Results After massage therapy, the condition of 12 cases was improved; 10 cases got poor effect; for 8 cases, massage made no difference. Conclusion After receiving traditional Chinese therapy for rehabilitation, patients can improve their ability for daily activities and have better quality of life.
