阿托伐他汀钙片分别联合拉西地平与氨氯地平治疗老年高血压合并冠心病的疗效比较

Comparison of amlodipine and atorvastatin and amlodipine amiodipine in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease

目的 比较阿托伐他汀钙片分别联合拉西地平和氨氯地平治疗老年高血压合并冠心病的疗效.方法 选取辽宁省金秋医院2013年12月—2016年12月收治的高血压合并冠心病老年患者96例,按照治疗药物的不同分为氨氯地平组57例和拉西地平组39例.比较治疗前后血压、心绞痛、血脂及不良反应发生情况,对比两种治疗方法 的疗效.结果 治疗1个月后,两组血压水平基本恢复正常,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组心绞痛缓解总有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组血脂相关指标差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组均未见严重并发症发生.结论 拉西地平和氨氯地平分别联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病,具有相同的效果及安全性.

Objective To compare the efficacy of the combination of atorvastatin calcium and lacidipine and the combination of atorvastatin calcium and amlodipine in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease. Methods According to the different medication, 96 elderly patients over 60 years old with hypertension and coronary heart disease treated in Jinqiu Hospital of Liaoning Province during December of 2013 to December of 2016 were divided into two groups： the amlodipine-atorvastatin calcium group （57 cases） and the lacidipine-atorvastatin calcium group （39 cases）. The outcomes of blood pressure, angina pectoris, blood lipid levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results One month after treatment, the blood pressure was basically normal in both groups, and the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）; there were no statistically significant differences in the efficacy rates in relieving angina pectoris and in blood lipid levels （P〉0.05）; and no severe adverse drug reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion Lacidipine-atorvastatin calcium combination and amlodipine-atorvastatin calcium combination are of the similar effect on and safety among elderly hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease.
