土槿皮黄柏汤联合特比萘芬乳膏治疗水疱型足癣的临床疗效研究

Treatment of Blistered Tinea Pedis with Decoction of Cortex Pseudolaricis and Phellodendron Combined with Terbinafine Cream

目的 评价土槿皮黄柏汤联合特比萘芬乳膏治疗水疱型足癣的临床疗效.方法 选择2013年8月—2016年10月鞍山市岫岩县中心人民医院收治的80例水疱型足癣患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组外用西药特比萘芬乳膏;观察组联合使用土槿皮黄柏汤,治疗2个疗程后进行疗效评估,同时观察停药后两组患者复发情况.结果 观察组治疗总有效率（97.5%）高于对照组（80.0%）,且停药后复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 土槿皮黄柏汤联合特比萘芬乳膏治疗水疱型足癣疗效确切,可降低复发率,值得临床推广.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of decoction of cortex pseudolaricis and phellodendron combined with terbinafine cream in the treatment of blistered tinea pedis. Methods Eighty patients diagnosed with blistered tinea pedis from August 2013 to October 2016 in People＇s Hospital of Xiuyan County were randomly divided into control group and study group （n = 40）. The control group was given terbinafine cream and the study group was treated with decoction of cortex pseudolaricis and phellodendron combined with terbinafine cream. After two courses of treatment, the therapeutic effect was evaluated in both of the groups. And the recurrent cases after withdrawal of medical treatment were recorded. Results The total effective rate （97.5%） in the study group was higher than that in the control group （80.0%）, and the recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Decoction of cortex pseudolaricis and phellodendron combined with terbinafine cream is effective in treating blistered tinea pedis and can reduce the recurrence rate. It is highly recommended in clinical practice.
