夹板外固定结合中药外敷和单纯石膏托外固定治疗Colles骨折的临床对比

Clinical Comparison of Splint External Fixation Combined with External Application of Chinese Herbal Medicin e and Simple External Fixation of Plaster in the Treatment of Colles Fracture

目的：探讨分析夹板外固定结合中药外敷和单纯石膏托外固定治疗Colles骨折的临床疗效.方法：选取2013年12月～2016年12月期间在我院接受治疗的Colles骨折患者60例作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同将其分为夹板外固定组以及石膏外固定组,每组各30例,石膏外固定组给予单纯石膏托外固定治疗,夹板外固定组给予夹板外固定结合中药外敷治疗,实验结束后,对比分析2组患者的治疗时间以及并发症的发生率.结果：经过对比发现,夹板外固定组患者的治疗时间以及并发症的发生率与石膏外固定组比较有显著差异（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义.结论：夹板外固定结合中药外敷治疗Colles骨折的临床疗效更加显著,并发症较少,值得临床推广应用.

Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of splint external fixation combined with external application of Chinese herbal medicine and simple external fixation of plaster on Colles fracture. Methods ： 60 patients with Colles fractures treated in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups： external fixation group and plaster external fixation group. Ac- cording to the different treatment methods, each group 30 cases were treated with external fixation of plaster, external fixation with external fixation of splint and external application of Chinese herbal medicine. After the end of the experiment, the treatment time and complication rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results：Compared with the external fixation group, the time of treatment and the inci- dence of complications were significantly different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was significant difference between the external fixation group and the external fixation group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： External fixation of splint and external application of Chinese herbal medicine is more effective and less complicate in the treatment of Colles fracture. It is worthy of clinical application.
