摘要
机床主轴作为机床核心部件之一,其可靠性分析研究对提高数控机床质量有着重要意义。分析研究机床主轴性能退化的机理,将声发射信号应用于机床主轴性能状态监测。基于机床主轴性能未知退化路径模型研究,为长寿命少失效样本条件提供了一种失效寿命估计方法,综合虚拟增广样本法对机床主轴进行可靠性评估。最后,通过实验验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
As one of core components of machine tool,the reliability of spindle is very important for improving machine tool quality. According to spindle performance degradation mechanism analysis,the acoustic emission signal is used to monitor and study the performance state of spindle. A reliability evaluation method is proposed for the long-life and less failure sample problem based on machine tool degradation path models. At last,this method is used to solve the machine tool spindle reliability assessment,which integrates virtual augmented sample method. It effectiveness and practicability is proved through experiment results.
