摘要
为能够提供蒸压釜的准确温度场,有效地为应力分析做准备,对某在用蒸压釜快开结构进行温度测量,并采用Ansys有限元进行温度场数值模拟,将模拟结果与实测数据进行比较验证。结果表明,模拟结果与实际情况吻合较好。根据JB4732-1995对结构进行强度评定和疲劳寿命评定,评定结果满足要求。
In order to provide accurate temperature field of autoclave,and make preparation for stress analysis,temperature of autoclave tooth-locked quick opening structure was measured. Using ANSYS to simulate the temperature field,the result is compared with the measured data. It shows that the simulation result is consistent with the actual situation. The strength and fatigue life were evaluated by JB4732-1995,evaluation results meet the requirements.
