摘要
基于失效评定图技术,考虑了载荷、断裂韧性、屈服强度,抗拉强度等参数的不确定性,并结合起重机结构的有限元分析结果,对在役36 t集装箱门式起重机箱形梁结构进行了概率断裂安全评定的研究。采用Monte Carlo随机抽样方法计算了起重机箱形梁结构的失效概率。对评定输入参数进行了敏感性分析确定了影响箱形梁失效概率的重要参数。敏感性分析结果显示,屈服强度是影响起重机箱形梁失效概率的最重要参数,其次是一次薄膜应力和断裂韧性。研究内容为起重机箱形梁的修复,监控以及安全评定提供了参考。
Considering the uncertainty of the load,the fracture toughness,the yield strength,the tensile strength,and based on the failure assessment diagram technique( FAD),as well as combining with the finite element analysis results of crane structure,the probabilistic safety assessment for box girder of gantry crane is studied. Monte Carlo simulation is used to calculate the failure probability of box girder of gantry crane. The sensitivity of parameters are analyzed to identify the most important parameters that affect the failure probability of box girder of gantry crane. The results show that the yield strength is the most important parameter affecting failure probability,followed by the load and the fracture toughness. The research content provides a reference for the repair,monitoring and safety assessment of box girder of crane.
