微信在读者中被广泛应用,为了引导图书馆更好地开展信息服务,介绍了华东师范大学图书馆微信管理模式、运营模式,以及自定义菜单、自动回复、新生季活动、FAQ智能问答和移动App的开发,同时研究了微信读者关注、互动和阅读行为以及图书馆微信营销的几大要素,为图书馆开展微信信息服务提供有益参考。
WeChat is very popular among readers now. In order to guide the library providing better library information service, the paper introduces management and operation modes of WeChat base on East China Normal University Library's practices, as well as details regarding how to develop custom menu, auto-reply, freshman season activities, FAQ Smart Answers and mobile App. The paper also researches subscription, interaction and reading behaviors of readers and factors influecing WeChat marketing, providing a useful reference for library information services using WeChat.
