“保教一体化”国际趋势与我国学前师资培育改革 被引量:59

The International Trend on "Integration of Childhood Education and Childcare" and the Reform of Preschool Teacher Education in China

摘要 "保教一体化"的学前教育发展理念得到国际教育相关组织的推动,各国政府积极进行学前师资培育改革,幼儿教育与保育人员整合渐成国际趋势,呈现学前教保师资实施资格认证、职前师资培养课程体系趋于一致、重视职前教保人员的专业实践能力培养等特征。借鉴国际"保教一体化"经验,我国在学前师资培育机制建设方面,应建立健全与之相配套的师资培养体系,注重师资培育与任用层面的统整,即构建一体化的学前师资培育制度,重视0~3岁学前教保师资培养培训,以实践为导向促进培育课程整合。 Since the concept of "integration education and care" was promoted by international organizations of education, governments of many countries have actively carried out the reform of preschool teacher training. The integration of early childhood education and childcare is becoming an international trend. In this context, the requirements and qualifications of preschool teachers present a diverse trend, the curriculum system of pre-service teacher education tends to be consistent, and preschool teachers" professional practice is paid more attention. In order to keep up with the international trend of "integration of childhood education and childcare", China should construct an integrated system of teacher education to match the mechanism of preschool teacher training. China should also stress the integration of teacher education and employment, i.e., constructing an integrated preschool teacher training system. We should pay attention to the cultivation and training of preschool teachers who take care of children at the age of 0~3 years old, and promote the curriculum integration based on practice orientation.
