A型行为与断指再植成活率相关性研究

Correlation study between survival rate of finger replantation and Type A behavior

目的探讨A型行为与断指再植成活率之间的相关性。方法自2014年3月至2016年3月，我们将217例单个手指离断接受断指再植术患者纳入研究，其中97例再植指体最终坏死，120例再植指体存活，于术后11d做A型行为问卷调查。结果两组A型行为人数存在显著差异，再植坏死组TH积分（u=5．80，P〈0．05）、TH＋CH积分（u=6．65，P〈0．05）均显著高于再植存活组。结论A型行为与患者再植指体存活有相关性，该行为类型患者可能更易出现再植指体坏死。

Objective： To investigate thee correlation between survival rate of finger replantation and Type A behavior. Methods From March 2014 to March 2016, 217 cases of single finger replantation were enrolled in the study. Among them, the replanted fingers survived in 120 cases and died in 97 cases eventually. A behavior questionnaire was conducted at the llth day after surgery. Results There was a significant difference in the number of type A behavior between two groups. The TH score （u=5.80, P〈0.05） and TH＋CH score （u=6.65, P〈0.05） of the necrotic group were significantly higher than those of the survival group. Conclusion Type A behavior has a close correlation with the survival of replanted fingers. The patients with Type A behavior are easier to have replanted finger necrosis.
