摘要
利用SSR(Simple sequence repeat)技术对17个桑树(Morus alba L.)种质资源的遗传多样性进行了分析。结果表明,28对SSR引物扩增产物在17份桑树品种中均存在多态性;17份桑树品种间的遗传一致度变异范围为0.550 9~0.905 7,平均遗传一致度为0.728 3,大十与康利1号的遗传一致度为0.905 7。利用桑树品种间的遗传距离进行聚类分析,可将17个桑树品种分成4个大类。这一结果与《中国桑树品种志》上的形态学分类结果一致。
Using SSR(Simple sequence repeat) molecular technique,the genetic diversity of seventeen mulberry germplasm resources were analyzed. The results showed that,twenty-eight pairs of SSR primers amplified products were found polymorphic in seventeen mulberry varieties;Seventeen mulberry varieties between the consistent degree of genetic variation was 0.550 9 ~0.905 7,the average genetic identity was 0.728 3,the genetic identity of Dashi and Kangli No.1 was 0.905 7. Cluster analysis based on genetic distance among mulberry varieties was conducted,seventeen mulberry varieties can be divided into four categories. The result is consistent with the morphological classification of Journal of China Mulberry Varieties.
