摘要
采用超高压辅助的方法,以NaOH为提取液,考察了从稻壳中提取阿魏酸的主要影响因素。结果表明,阿魏酸提取的适宜条件为氢氧化钠溶液浓度3%,提取压力350 MPa,保压时间5 min,料液比1∶12(g∶m L)时,阿魏酸的提取率为2.122 mg/g(稻壳)。通过正交试验得到影响阿魏酸提取率的主要因素,其显著性依次为提取液浓度>提取压力>料液比>保压时间。
Using the ultra-high voltage auxiliary method,NaOH as extracting solution,examined the main influencing factors of ferulic acid extracted from rice husk. The results showed that the suitable conditions for ferulic acid extraction was extracting solution concentration with 3%, the extraction pressure of 350 MPa, the extraction for 5.0 min, and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶12(g∶m L),the ferulic acid extraction rate was 2.122 mg/g(rice husk). Through the orthogonal experiment to get the main factors influencing saliency of the ferulic acid extraction rate:extracting solution concentrationextraction pressuresolid-liquid ratiothe extraction time.
