在国际金融创新和中国银行业转型的深刻背景下,交易银行近年在中国正在迅速兴起。本文分三个层面剖析了交易银行的制度内涵:宏观上的普惠金融内涵,有利于突破中小企业融资瓶颈;中观上对银行竞争格局的调整,有利于股份制商业银行的竞争力的提升;微观上银企关系的变化,将带动和形成以"客户的客户"为中心的客户管理理念的出现。
In the deep background of international financial innovation and China's banking transformation, trading banks are rapidly rising in China in recent years. This paper analyzes the system innovation of the trading bank at three levels. Macro.
