在国际金融创新和中国银行业转型的深刻背景下,交易银行近年在中国正在迅速兴起。本文分三个层面剖析了交易银行的制度内涵:宏观上的普惠金融内涵,有利于突破中小企业融资瓶颈;中观上对银行竞争格局的调整,有利于股份制商业银行的竞争力的提升;微观上银企关系的变化,将带动和形成以"客户的客户"为中心的客户管理理念的出现。
