摘要
高压瓷绝缘子广泛应用于变电站,抗震性能非常薄弱。通过对3支同型号的支柱绝缘子振动疲劳试验,得到了绝缘子振动频率与加载次数之间的关系。绝缘子在长期循环振动荷载作用下,虽然绝缘子外观检测正常,绝缘子的损伤主要为法兰弯曲刚度的衰减,导致绝缘子各阶振动频率均有不同程度的下降。通过建立绝缘子试验结构体系的有限元模型,拟合了损伤前、后绝缘子振动模态的前2阶频率,得到了绝缘子法兰节点的弯曲刚度系数等参数值。多阶模态拟合识别不仅可以定性描述绝缘子的损伤,还能准确地识别出损伤位置和严重程度。
High-voltage porcelain insulator is widely used in substation, and the seismic performance is very weak. Through the vibration fatigue test of three same types of post insulators, the relationship between the frequency and the load frequency is obtained. Under the action of long-term cyclic vibration load, although insulator appearance inspection is normal, the damage of the insulator is mainly due to the attenuation of decrease of the frequency of the insulator in different flange bending stiffness, which leads to the degrees. In addition, through the establishment of finite ele- merit model test of insulator structure, the first two order frequencies of the vibration modes before and after the loading of the insulator are fitted. The bending stiffness coefficient and other parameters of the insulator flange joints are obtained. This not only describes the damage of insulator, but also identifies the location and severity of the damage accurately.
