The optimal configuration of JWF series blowing-carding unit was discussed. The technical charac- teristics and performance advantages of each single equipment in JWF series blowing-carding unit were intro- duced. Through theoretical analyses and practical summarization ,optimal configuration suggestions were put for- ward on the blowing-carding unit process of spinning cotton variety with high, medium, low three types of impuri- ty rate and spinning chemical fiber variety. The intelligent control and energy saving ＆ cost-reducing condition of JWF series blowing-carding unit were explained. It is considered that self-practical situation should be combined when user is configuring blowing-carding unit process. Selecting optimized blowing-carding unit processing can lay the solid foundation of blowing-carding unit with higher speed, higher yield and higher quality.
