摘要
探讨了JWF系列清梳联流程的优化配置。介绍了JWF系列清梳联的各单机的技术特征和性能优势;通过理论分析和实践总结,就纺制高中低3类含杂的纯棉品种,以及纺化纤品种的清梳联流程提出了优化配置建议;并对JWF系列清梳联的智能控制和节能降耗情况进行了阐述。认为:用户在配置清梳联流程时,需要结合自身实际,选择最佳的清梳联流程,为清梳联高速、高产、高质打下坚实基础。
The optimal configuration of JWF series blowing-carding unit was discussed. The technical charac- teristics and performance advantages of each single equipment in JWF series blowing-carding unit were intro- duced. Through theoretical analyses and practical summarization ,optimal configuration suggestions were put for- ward on the blowing-carding unit process of spinning cotton variety with high, medium, low three types of impuri- ty rate and spinning chemical fiber variety. The intelligent control and energy saving & cost-reducing condition of JWF series blowing-carding unit were explained. It is considered that self-practical situation should be combined when user is configuring blowing-carding unit process. Selecting optimized blowing-carding unit processing can lay the solid foundation of blowing-carding unit with higher speed, higher yield and higher quality.
