摘要 探讨异形异性涤纶的上染以及混纺色纱技术。首先解决了涤纶散纤维染色的问题,并针对纤维特性,调整优化了前纺各工艺参数,确保了后道喷气涡流纺工序的顺利进行。通过大量试验,优选出喷气涡流纺纱的各项工艺参数,最终成功开发出了粘胶、高收缩涤纶、三角形涤纶和扁平形涤纶的系列混纺色纱。认为:通过一系列技术措施,成功解决了异形异性涤纶染色后在喷气涡流纺设备上纺纱的技术难题,开发出的异形异性涤纶混纺色纱各项性能指标能够满足服饰面料特殊风格的纱线需求。 The dying and blended colored yarn spinning technology of profiled polyester was discussed. First- ly, the problems for polyester loose stock dyeing were solved. Aimed at the fiber properties, the parameters of each processing in pre-spinning were adjusted and optimized. Smooth production of air-jet vortex spinning was en- sured. Through a large quantity of test, each air-jet vortex spinning parameters were optimized. In the end, blended colored yarn in serial of viscose, higher shrinkage polyester, triangle polyester and flat polyester were successfully developed. It is considered that the spinning technology problems of profiled polyester after dyeing in air-jet vortex spinning equipment were successfully solved. Each property index of the developed profiled polyester blended col- ored yarn can meet the yarn demand for special style of apparel fabric,
