摘要 针对普通泵在稠油井存在的泵阀漏失、柱塞拉伤及卡泵问题,设计了长柱塞环流泵。该泵采用强闭双环流阀结构,减小阀球摆动空间、跳动高度和下落时间,起到防止阀座偏磨、泵阀漏失作用;采用等径长柱塞短泵筒与刮砂杯结构,起到防止柱塞拉伤及卡泵作用,并通过优选材质,可满足泵在H2S等酸性介质环境中工作。现场试验16井次,工艺一次成功率100%,下该泵后单井平均检泵周期延长59 d,同期对比平均泵效提高15.6%,试验效果表明该泵结构设计合理,起到了防止泵阀漏失、柱塞拉伤及卡泵的作用,具有广泛应用前景。 The common pump in heavy oil well has problems as valve leakage,plunger damage and stuck pump,so long plunger circulating pump is designed. This pump adopts double closing type circulation valve structure to reduce the swing space,spring height and fall time of valve balls so as to avoid valve leakage and eccentric valve seat wear,adopts same-diameter long plunger,short pump barrel and sand-scraping cup to prevent plunger damage and stuck pump,and adopts premium material for sour service. It has been field tested on 16 wells,one-time successful ratio is 100%. It prolongs the average singlewell pump maintenance cycle by 59 days,15. 6% higher than the average pump efficiency. The tests prove that the pump is reasonable in structure,it can avoid pump valve leakage,plunger damage and stuck pump,having a wide application prospect.
