Assessment and indicator system of trauma centers

国家卫生计生委、国家中医药管理局2017年2月颁发通知要求创新急诊急救服务,为抢救患者生命赢得时间。台湾医院创伤急救评审重点关注完善组织与处置流程、良好的处置质量和具备实时处置能力,且强调创伤中心需有足够的"治疗伤员的总数量",区分创伤中心紧急医疗能力为"重度级、中度级、一般级",评审指标包括人力设施、作业能量、能提供的紧急医疗种类与相关紧急医疗处理能力。本文简述了台湾医院紧急医疗能力评审的历史与不足,希望有助于指导规范化建设创伤中心,进一步提高创伤救治质量。

In Feb. 2017,National Health Commission and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine issued a notice to request to improve emergency services,so as to earn more time to save the lives of patients. The Taiwan hospital trauma emergency assessment focuses on improving the organization and disposal process,good quality of disposal and real-time disposal ability,and emphasizes that trauma centers need to have enough quantity of wounded patients. Trauma centers are distinguished as levels of severe,moderate and general,which is assessed by indicators including human facilities,operating energy,emergency medical types being able to provide,and abilities to deal with related emergency medical care. This paper summarizes the history and shortcomings of emergency medical service assessment in Taiwan hospitals,hoping to help guide the standardization of the construction of trauma centers,and to further improve the quality of trauma care.
