摘要
档案管理现代化最浅显的变革是技术与管理方法的变革 ,其深层次的影响则是对档案管理职业特征的改造。档案人员要适应这种改造 ,就需要在新环境下体现新的人文精神 ,改变原有观念 ,建立新的管理体制与制度 ,学习与掌握新知识与新技能 ,走入新的合作圈以建立新的伙伴关系 ,从而完成管理职能的转变 。
The first change brought from Archives Management Modernization is the one in management expertise and method. However, in the long term, its deep influence is the reform in archivist career feature. Under the new circumstances, archivists need to embody the humanistic spirit, change old ideas, establish new management system and institutions, acquire new knowledge and techniques, enter into a new cooperation, and form a new relationship of partners. In a word, archivists ought to re create an image of career in order to adapt themselves to modernization management.
