摘要 为了实现多点温度精确测量,设计了一个基于单片机的智能粮仓温度监控系统。该系统以单片机为主控芯片,采用温度传感器、LCD12864液晶显示器、按键、报警装置、CH340通讯模块,实现了每个点警报温度、当前温度及当前温度点的温度变化曲线的显示功能,实现了调节报警温度的功能,实现了单片机与上位机通信的功能。测试结果表明,本系统调试方便、精度高、可靠性好,值得推广使用。 In order to implement accurate measurement of multi point temperature, an intelligent granary temperature monitoring system based on single chip microcomputer (SCM) is designed in this paper. The system uses SCM as main control chip and adopts tempera- ture sensors, 12864 liquid crystal display (LCD) monitors, keys, alarm devices and CH340 communication modules. The alarm temperature, real time temperature and its change curve of each measurement point can be displayed. The system can also adjust the alarm temperature and communicate between SCM and host computer. Test results show that the temperature monitoring system designed in this paper has the advantages of convenient debugging, high accuracy and good reliability. Therefore, it greatly facilitates the implementation of temperature real time monitoring.
