摘要
中药药效评价及作用机制研究是阐释中药药效本质,实现中药现代化的关键,线粒体作为细胞"发动机",参与生物体内多项重要生理和生化过程的调节,通过探究中药对线粒体结构、功能的影响,可有效地评价中药药效,并探索其作用机制。研究表明,许多中药均可通过影响线粒体功能而发挥各种疾病治疗作用,本文将对中药通过影响线粒体功能而发挥的药理作用及机制进行简要综述,并提出当前研究存在的主要问题及对策,同时给予展望。
The studies of efficacy and action mechanism of traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) are important for elucidating the pharmacodynamic essence of TCMs and realizing the TCM modernization. As the cells' "engine", mitochondria participate in the regulation of many important physiological and biochemical processes in organism. Thus, the efficacy and mechanism of TCMs can be effectively investigated by exploring the effect of TCMs on mitochondrial structure and functions. The research results indicate that a large number of TCMs could play a role in the treatment of various diseases by affecting the mitochondrial functions. In this review, the efficacy and mechanism of TCMs through affecting the mitochondrial functions will be briefly summarized. Furthermore, the main problems and their countermeasures of current research relating to the interaction between TCMs and mitochondria will be proposed with the future perspectives.
