昆山市高职院校专业设置现状调查与问题对策研究

The Research on Present Situations and Countermeasures of Major Setups in Higher Vocational Colleges of Kunshan City

昆山市高职院校专业设置现状存在以下问题:高职院校专业设置虽各有侧重,但重复设置比例较大;第三产业专业设置数目过多,与区域经济结构不相吻合;工业类别专业设置及招生数严重滞后于产业规模;契合区域经济转型升级的前瞻性专业缺乏。对此,应降低专业设置重复度,提高专业设置聚集度;结合社会需求和学校自身优势设置专业;加强工业类别相关专业设置;建立扶持机制,设置前瞻性专业。

Based on the current situation of major setups in higher vocational colleges of Kunshan City, we find the following problems： the major setups were different in higher vocational colleges, but there were a higher percentage of repeat settings. The major setups of tertiary industry were so many that they were not consistent with the regional economic structure. The major setups and the number of recruiting students seriously lagged behind the industry scale of industrial categories. The prospective majors which agree with regional economic transformation were lacking. The article puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions based on the analysis： to reduce the repetition of major setups, and improve the concentration of major setups; to combine the needs of society and their own advantages to set up majors; to strengthen the related majors of industrial categories; to build a supporting mechanism and set up prospective majors.
