摘要
江门市是以传统产业为主的老牌工业城市,建设一支规模宏大、结构优化、技艺精湛的高技能人才队伍,对于江门创建"全国高技能人才示范城市",重振"江门制造",夯实"江门质造",实施质量强市战略具有十分重要的意义。文章通过对江门市高技能人才队伍建设的纵向、横向对比分析,提出加强高技能人才队伍建设的政策建议。
Jiangmen is an old industrial city dominated by traditional industries. Cultivating a large-scale, structural optimization, high-skilled talents with the artisan spirit is of great significance of implementing quality strong city strategy for Jiangmen to create a ＂National High-skilled Talents Model City＂. In order to revive ＂Made in Jiangmen＂ and tamp ＂Jiangmen Quality＂, this paper, through the vertical and horizontal comparative analysis of the construction of high skilled talents in Jiangmen, puts forward some policy suggestions to strengthen the construction of high-skilled talents.
