摘要
组织承诺是组织行为学中研究企业人力资源管理的热点之一,反映了组织成员与组织之间的心理关系,是组织成员与组织之间的一种"心理契约"。文章基于组织承诺理论,剖析当前我国高职院校教师组织承诺现状,并分析其在高职院校师资队伍建设中的意义,从而有针对性地提出高职院校师资队伍建设的路径:教师管理方式人性化,优化教师发展平台,提高教师角色认知,完善薪酬制度以及科学设计激励机制。
Organizational commitment is one of the hotspots in the study of organizational human resource management in organizational behavior, which reflects the psychological relationship between the members of the organization and the organization. It is a kind of "psychological contract" between the members and the organization. Based on the theory of organizational commitment, this paper analyzes the present situation of the organizational commitment of teachers in higher vocational colleges in our country and its significance in the construction of, the teaching staff, and puts forward the path of the construction: humanize teacher management, optimize the teacher development platform, improve the role of teachers awareness, and improve the comoensation system and scientific design incentive mechanism.
