摘要
本文以我国某个特大型中央企业的省级分公司财务共享服务中心为研究对象,首先对组织现状进行分析,并在文献分析基础上就组织目标、工作流程、岗位职责、评价方式、激励等方面展开进一步探讨,应用目标管理、平衡计分卡、关键绩效指标的方法,提出了组织平衡计分卡、工作流程的统一筹划归口处理、岗位KPI指标等绩效改进措施。
In this paper, a provincial branch of financial shared service center of a large scale state-owned enterprise is the research object. Firstly, the present situation was analyzed. Then, with the basis on the analysis of relevant documents, the author discussed organization goal, work procedures, job responsibilities, assessment mode and incentive system. With application of management by objectives, balanced scorecard and key performance indicators, the author suggested to use balanced scorecard, planning centralized processing and key performance indicators to enhance performance.
