摘要
目前就业形势严峻,毕业生就业权益受侵害现象十分突出。高校毕业生就业权益受侵害与高校就业指导课程设置有莫大关系,然而高校就业指导课程却存在着目标设置偏差、内容设置不全面、实施方法单一、评价不科学等问题。因此,要研究基于高校毕业生就业权益自我保护的大学生就业指导课程体系设计需要明确课程目标、系统化课程内容、多样化课程教学手段和科学化课程评价。
The grim reality of the graduates' employment rights and interests are violated very obviously nowadays. The violation of graduates' employment rights and interests is closely related to employment guidance course in colleges and universities. However, the employment guidance course has the problems of goal -setting deviation, incomplete content, single implementation method, and unscientific evaluation. Therefore, to design the successful college students' employment guidance course, which based on the principle of ' self- protection of college graduates'employment rights and interests' requires the clarification of the curriculum objectives, systematized curriculum content, diversified curriculum teaching methods and scientific curriculum evaluation.
